Bayer Leverkusen beat Freiburg 2-0 for a fourth straight Bundesliga win. Ernest Poku and Edmond Tapsoba scored, Philipp Lienhart was sent off, and Leverkusen moved to 17 points, level with Dortmund and in provisional fourth behind leaders Bayern and second placed Leipzig.
